Straight answers
Does the customer need to install an app?
No. They scan the QR with their normal camera and your shop page opens in their browser. Nothing to download, no account to create.
Where does the money go?
Into your own Razorpay account, directly. You connect your account in the dashboard and customer payments never pass through us. We take no commission on printing — only the subscription.
What if a customer pays and the print doesn't come out?
Paid jobs stay in your queue until they are printed — nothing is lost if the printer is off or out of paper. If a payment isn't confirmed automatically, "Re-check payments" on your dashboard asks Razorpay directly and releases the job.
Can it print anything unpaid by mistake?
No. A job only reaches your printer after the payment is confirmed. If a payment fails or is abandoned, the job is cancelled and its file deleted.
What happens to customers' documents?
They are stored only while the job is waiting to print, and deleted from the server as soon as it has printed. We don't keep copies.
Do I need a new printer?
No. It works with the printers you already have, through your existing Windows PC. You can use one printer for everything, or two with automatic B/W and colour routing.
What if my internet goes down?
Paid jobs wait on the server. When your shop PC reconnects, the queue resumes and everything prints.
Can I change my prices later?
Any time, from your dashboard. New prices apply to the next order immediately.
